Background

The trio coming from small town poor communities backgrounds got together as friends and started speculating of how we can make life better, not just for our families or relatives, but also for the community we grew up in. Knowing financial stress and pain, we planned a number of ideas as to what to do with the farm that was recently coming to play by the grace of the government. Speculating about numerous ideas of how to make the most money and offering the highest amount of job creation strategies we came across the cannabis industry. We al agreed to start this venture by putting every single brick in place from the let go to prevent any issues in future regarding licenses from SAHPRA, Import export duties and laws regarding them, environmental impact and case studies regarding the correct handling of soil substrate etc.

We strive to run this project firstly with the assistance of the government for funding until we are at 100% capacity of the 43 ha of land that we have to our use. We also want to create a whole new business model by taking the hierarchy out off the business model and propose a first name base understanding that everyone no matter what your roll on the farm will be, will be seen as equal. We are here to give the opportunity to anyone that will start work on this farm to be able to provide for their families in such an extent that people would want to come and work on the farm. We want to initiate a learning facility on the farm for any illiterate workers to have the ability to enhance them selves to such an extend, should they one day want to part from the farm, that they would have the knowledge and skills not just by the university of life but actual documentation that can assist them in finding another job or even setting up their own business. Our main focus behind the whole idea of this business derived from our background of financial struggle and the fight to get to the top. Cannabis was never even a card on the table but when we started doing our research and see the high demand globally and the good that a long banned substance was doing to people in need, we jumped the gun and know that this industry is young but booming. The company will be run under a LLC ownership module and open book system splitting the directorate into 3 equal parts. Up to date we are three partners, Wilton Bailey, Werner Wegewarth and Garth Stevens. We are currently at a point where we need financial input to get everything into motion. We are initially looking to get phase one done and it will be the smallest of the phases to be able to have full collaboration with knowing what we are up against in the area looking at factors such rainfall, soil quality, natural factors and environmental challenges.
